Title: A test of the "Spoiler" icon
Post by: Midnite on March 01, 2002, 08:07:53 PM
Isn't this cool?!  MB got the idea to create a flashing icon that alerts readers that there's a spoiler in the message.

You can still type spoiler into the title and/or message, but this is something extra.  To add it, go to  the "Message icon" listing that's below the subject space and click on "Spoiler warning".

Does this open the door for 'Sarcasm', 'SmartA$$', 'Silly walks' and 'Psychic' icons coming in the future?

'course the psychics would know that.

great job on all the work that[shadow=red,left,300]musta[/shadow]   went into this board, M&MB!!

OK, and I will ask a question chock full of spoilage.....

When does Suki come on board?

Now let's see if I did the icon right.  I just love playing with these things!

Always,  Minja

If enough people request it, I'll be more than happy to make/add it.  Within reason, of course. [wink2]

But honestly, Ringo, I love your sense of humor (and the senses of humor of most of the people on the board). I don't see the necessity for any of those particular icons any time soon.  :D

I miss the [shadow=red,left,300]'Being an Idiot' [/shadow] category from the old, old board!
[not to be confused with 'Connect the Dots on David's Face' category]

and, btw, thanks for the 'cents of humor' comment, MB, I'm afraid I scare people [and I try not to!] but like I wrote to midnite once, I used to get comments on my grade cards 'Amuses himself more than those around him' [jester] could you imagine being in the 6th grade with a few of me?
