[It's up to the first poster to come up with a set up, and then each following post will either complete it or fill in the blank(s). And, as always, whoever posts the set up is certainly allowed to post their own completion/fill in as a follow up.]

B: "Oh very well, I'll go and invent this 'peanut butter' you seem to want so much, just so you can have something familiar for lunch! I suppose you'll want _________, too!"

It was an Excedrin headache, don't recall which number, but it was around the time that pink refrigerators were all the rage.
They used to read off the numbers of the headaches and what they meant. Like mother in law coming, etc. But the husband actually gets the headache in my example as the wife shreaks, "I NEED A NEW PINK REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!!"

(OK, I remember those ads. But for some odd reason I don't remember the pink refrigerator. I suppose it's only that it didn't make as big an impression on me as it obviously did on you. [wink2] And I wish I could remember it because if I did it would probably make your fill in even funnier!)
