Title: Jonathan Frid/Year End Memorials

It's that time of year. Caught Jonathan Frid in the TCM 2012 memorial short and the tears began to flow. I was well primed by the time he came on screen. It looked like a (tasteful) still from house of Dark Shadows. I liked it's placement after a photo pause showing stars in the night sky.

He is also featured 60 photos in of 77, on the TV GUIDE website 'Celebrity Deaths of 2012' photo gallery. They used an iconic Barnabas photo -- no fangs, thank goodness.

It still brings a feeling of sadness over me.

Hi Dom  i know  it;s  hard  to believe  that Jonathan is  gone.  But  i'm sure he's  watching from Heaven.

If Frid's in heaven, I rather doubt that he's doing anything so inactive as watching us here down below.  He's probably organizing an angelic theater company.  And saying, "Damn!  Where is Nancy when I need her?"
