Hi folks! It's been a wicked long time for me, I miss you all, but I've been too busy to watch DS on the Sci-Fi Channel every morning (the DVDs are GREAT though and I watch them all the time).
Anyhow, the reason for my quick little post is this. Last week or so I picked up a horror movie box set of 10 movies for $15 at Best Buy. (DVD box set) It's called Vault of Horror.
While watching the first movie (A horribly acted version of the Wolfman. I still can't place the time period they were trying to place the movie in). I joked with my sister that it was probably a Dan Curtis movie. (This was before watching the movie of course. The man Dan wouldn't put out something that bad).
Just now I decided to throw on the Flipside of the DVD, a little movie called Scream of the Wolf. As soon as the music started up I thought, Wow! That sounds a lot like Robert Cobert! And what do my wondering eyes appears next? The subtitle "A Dan Curtis Production".
I had never heard of this movie before (it's probably mentioned at least a bazillion times in Dan's credits. I should do research more often). But I thought I'd give everyone a heads up that it's out there.
I hope to see you all this Summer at the last 3 day Fest!!

				Welcome home.
(uh...might sound like a dumb question...but IS there a 'flip side' of a DVD?) Sounds like the 'B' side of a 45!
Thanks

Scream of the Wolf--was Barbara Rush in that?  I'm wondering whether it was this hysterical "ABC TV Movie of the Week" I enjoyed back in the historical 70s (aka the Late Bronze Age).
Sounds like fun!

				Hey thanks guys!!
To Patti : The DVDs in this set hold movies on both sides of the disc.
To Gothick : Not that I'm aware of (is Barbara Rush in it) I checked the IMDB, but didn't see her name listed. Peter Graves plays the main character, and Jim Storm has a cameo as a guy who gets eaten by the werewolf.

Thanks, Arashi.  I finally checked IMDB yesterday, and the flick with Babs Rush in it was MOON of the Wolf.
Now that's something I'd LOVE to see on Chris Jennings, hmmmm...
(just realizing what a train wreck the whole Sabrina episode was for poor darling Chris, after cackling wildly over the MB's HILARIOUS farewell montage to the two of them--you know, it's like the NY Times:  you can tell how the Editor feels about someone from the photos they choose to display for their send-off!)
