Now I'm looking at hits; February had far & away been a well-read month (could it be because most of us were snow bound??)
But now I see it's like 32K (Feb) to 80K (Apr/May)...is that how many times people have read the various posts?
Okay....if I read (within 1 time I'm on) 2 topics, then say MB reads 4, Midnite reads 6. Next day same, etc, is that what tallies as total?
Is this an automatic calculation?
Just for asking...why is it there?

That count reflects how many times a visitor has viewed any sort of new page on the forum.

Yes.

A better question might be why shouldn't it be there? ^-^
But seriously, if you want an answer to that question, you'll have to ask it of the YaBB SE Development Team over on their site...
