As part of the publicity for this month's release of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part One, featuring David Selby as Commissioner Gordon, Warner Bros. has released a Q & A with David Selby. The piece does mention Dark Shadows:

I know he was on for many seasons because I watched the show, but I never realized that Selby appeared in anything like 209 Falcon Crest eps! [ghost_cool]

Excellent. I'd love to hear more of his childhood memories. Makes good fodder for a bio.
Spent many summer vacations down on Cape Cod. In one teeny, tiny town there was a general store, very much like Selby's. Well, believe it or not, there was a guy there one time that looked very much like David. Needless to say, I took my time hanging out by the pickle barrel.
