So I'm watching DS live as I happen to be home today and also because I discovered my VCR decided to take the morning off too :P
Hopefully, it will be back from its unapproved break by this afternoon as I'd like it to tape AMC, but that's my problem.
Anyhow, I see some enterprising soul out there who runs a business called "Collingwood Construction" has started advertising during the timeslot.
Not sure if it's a local firm or not, but I thought it was cute :)

What an odd coincidence. It would be funny if the the owner is/was actually a fan of the show too. I know it's Collingwood, but several of the cast seemed to think that was the name of the estate from time to time too. LOL :P
This has probably come up before, but as I was sifting through the offerings at my local video store last Saturday I saw a new release called "Welcome to Collinwood". It was obvious from the cover (5 guys in a dumpster) that it probably had no DS connection. I looked it up on Amazon and they describe it as "....an action adventure comedy. Five hapless misfits from the hard-luck streets of Cleveland band together to try and pull off the greatest job they've ever heard of. When their plans go awry, this army of eccentrics find themselves gaining more than they lose. " Too bad about one of the cast members - Michael Jeter - dying recently. I always enjoyed his work - esp in "The Green Mile".

This is totally unrelated to your time off except that yesterday I got the afternoon off of work rather unexpectedly. At 10:50am word quicky spread through our 7 story office building that we had to evacuate the building because of a chemical spill. We hung around in cold, windy, snow flurries for about 2 hours and then were told to go home. The news on CLTV said that 11 people had been taken out in ambulances to the hospital due to a gas leak.
Unbelievably when we came in this morning, it was learned that the culprit was a rotten orange in someone's desk!!! Hello! Is the Iraqi Information Minister working overtime here or was the real culprit Agent Orange??
