Title: 1969 DS-themed 45 rpm "The Curse Goes On"

I ran across this while perusing eBay.  It turns out that someone has actually posted it on YouTube!

It's called 'The Curse goes On, and someone by the name of Christopher Love recorded it in 1969 on London Records.  Enjoy!

If it had a different singer, it could be really good...  Okay, maybe not.  But it could be even catchier.

OMG, how could that have not been included on the 30th Anniversary Edition CD? For sure it's right "up" there with "Barnabas" by Vampire State Building!   [ghost_cheesy]

That was... interesting :)  For some reason, I was disappointed when the tune didn't turn out to be Sonny & Cher's The Beat Goes On- does that make me a bad person?   [ghost_wink]

I guess we're in the same boat because that's exactly what I was thinking. It reminds me of some of the lamer performances in the costume contest.

I thought the same thing about the Sonny and Cher song. And thanks (I think) to Aristia for reminding me about the Ballad of Bilbo Baggins!
