For what it's worth, a number of people are requesting DS at RTV's Facebook page.
RTV is available over the air in 71 US markets.

RTV is a pale shadow of ME TV and Antenna TV. A show with a strong following like DS could bring them some much needed viewers!

Hopefully they know that. But who knows what Worldvision is charging for the show? If they're still asking for a ridiculous amount, RTV might not be able to afford DS...
