It's April 30th, the night evil walks the Earth, it's Walpurgis Night! I hope you all enjoy it.

Thank you, borgosi!  As a Slavic-American, this night means more to me with regards to the "ghoulies and ghosties and long-legged beasties and things that go bump in the night" than Halloween does.  This is the real night of terror.  And it's no coincidence that Bram Stoker started Dracula on this night.

Boo!

A blessed Walpurgis night and, for those who celebrate, Blessed Beltane to all.

Thanks a lot, another holiday I'm stuck inside for!  Mind you, I have no idea how how you're supposed to celebrate or observe this event, anyway...  I may Google.   At first, I thought this might be about downsizing day at Wal-Mart, but no that's Walputsch....  I've just realized that this is the holiday where you make bad jokes no one understands, if I'm any indicator.

Just got back from partying on Mount Brocken.  I can't remember what I did that nacht so it must've been a "wicked" good time. ;)
