A whole year?! :o THAT went fast.

Congratulations to Midnite and MB and Dom on an exhausting job done VERY well!!

What with problems and crises and glitches galore, we're still up and running, still posting and chatting, laughing (and sometimes crying) with each other.

Thanks to a common love for Dark Shadows, we've become our own little "neighborhood" of the artful, the bashful, the quick-witted, the fast-talking and the slow-typers......all thanks to the tireless efforts of our small band of ~~gypsies~~ Moderators/Webmasters. ;)

I got here one year ago today, and have had a BALL on this forum....as evidenced by my gabby 3.9 posts-per-day statistic. :-[ ;D

Thank you, M M &D......and thank all of you.....oldies and newbies alike....for a wonderful place to visit. :-*

I wish to express my profound appreciation for all you do. :-* I have been around through several boards but never had the courage to post until recently. The only reason I joined in was because the board became closed to outsiders. I came to the board one day and I felt like I had been locked out of my car then I realized by not joining up that I actually had forgotten to buy the car. I'm glad I joined in time before my window of opportunity had closed.

Have some of the old posters been locked out because of closed registration? Whatever became of Jase? His posts were absolutely hysterical.

It's possible. If they remember their registration name and kept a valid email address in their profile they can request a forgotten password. Or they can write the webmaster via the domain name. One member asked for help on another message board, but beyond coming up with the above minimum of information there's nothing we can do for them unless they contact one of us directly.

Yes. You'd think it should have taken at least a COUPLE of years to rack up that many posts, right? Obviously I need a hobby or something. ::)
