Title: Flashing Gives Selby Adrenalin Rush

According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation:
"David Selby told police that flashing gave him an adrenalin rush."

Ok. So actually this is about a 19 yr old flasher in Australia named David Selby, but I have to admit it looked kind of funny when that phrase popped up on a news search.
