Title: I actually found a good use for my Dark Shadows kinescope

I actually found a good use for my kinescope  
I used  my dark shadows  kinescope  that I got as a giveaway at the Dark Shadows Festival banquet ( I believe it was from 2006 in Brooklyn)  as  my subject in my studio photography class this week.  I  got some pretty nice shots of the film up close.


I think mine is of one of the episodes from the 1970 parallel time storyline.

Hmmm - weren't there only like a couple of 1970PT eps that are only in kinescope form? I wonder which one yours is? I particularly like Ep #1006.  [santa_wink]

Or was it that kinescopes of even some of the eps where the masters do exist were also handed out at that banquet?

I am sure they still have the video master I think i found the episode I have on my DVD set and it in color on video tape. I am sure they did not give away Kinescope for episodes with missing video master tapes.
