Thanks Annie. Glad you enjoy.
Thanks DLA75. Unfortunately I am clueless when it comes to the SIMS universe. I noticed other members there having problems with the spelling of Quentin. Interesting world there.

From a non-gamer... it looks too boxy, crowded, and "fake" to my eye. The drawing room is nice but doesn't really look at all like the Collinwood drawing room. I hope she isn't on here because she says she worked really hard at all of it, and probably to those who are used to how places look in Second Life or whatever this is, it's fine.
It's funny to read someone recalling that "Quinton" danced with Angelique to "Laura's theme" on the "music box"--several DS characters and storylines colliding there with Dr. Zhivago, methinks...

"Somewhere, my love, curses are fantasy. And cousins don't suffer lycanthopy..."
Seriously though, when I was young, I somehow managed to connect Pansy's Theme to Lara's Theme, so I can kind of see where this poster is coming from... kinda... [hall2_tongue]

Back in '08 a different gamer created their version of Collinwood that was pretty well done - it even included Barn's portrait in the foyer. It's too bad, though, that now it looks like only members of the Web site that it's listed on can see it:
The Sims 2 is a fun little game from Electronic Arts that lets you control the lives of lots of little computer people. While looking through a few TS2-websites for Dark Shadows stuff, I stumbled upon (URL)
However, I seem to recall somehow saving either JPEG examples or the SIM itself. Heavens knows where any of that might be. [hall2_undecided] But when I get a chance I'll try to track it down. [hall2_smiley] At least I have an idea of when I saved it...

Oh, wait a minute - if you go here: Dark Shadows (http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/lot_detail.php?asset_id=619735&asset_type=lot&user_id=338788) and click on the camera icon (the last one on the right once you scroll down the page), examples will come up. Click on them to see larger versions...

Thanks, MB--I like these better. The aerial shots of Collinwood, while good, make me think of the opening credits of Dynasty!
Thanks for taking the time to track these down.
Best, G.

Thanks MB as well for your time and efforts. Yes I like these better.

@Cousin Barnabas, your revised lyrics for Lara's Theme crack me up! Thanks for sharing!
