God knows that I am happy as a pig in a mud hole, but Dear God,why did they put it (DS) on at 8:00 a.m.? Why? I know it is earlier for people that live in Las Vegas, Texas and every part in between. Maybe I'm just spoiled. But, I'll be there...with bells on.

I am trying to think of it as a positive thing. It will forse me to get up and get my act together early in the morning on the days I don't work. What a great way to start our day with a good doze of the Q-Man or the Barnster, Chris, Willie, who ever does it for you.
Birdie--who from now on will be an early riser.

See, kiddies, now back in MY day, watching DS originally, we didn't have VCR's--if you missed a show, you MISSED it. If we'd had those wonderful machines back then, life would have been so much easier!
I never had to "run home" to catch DS--school ended at 3 PM and I was a mere 5 minute walk from home, so whether it was on at 3:30 or 4 PM, I always made it with plenty of time to spare.
I often audio-taped DS, first on a balky reel to reel recorder, then on a small video cassette recorder. Ah, thank God for technology!

Same here, Robin. I missed many episodes that I've just seen since DS has been on SciFi. My husband has always maintained that our daughter's first words were,
"TAPE IT!"
