I can't picture Vicki trying to make a living waiting tables in a NYC restaurant. The passive/aggressive routine that was her signature behavior in Collinsport wouldn't go well in the Big Apple.

or with Max at the diner from 2 Broke Girls. She got Caroline up to speed pretty quickly.. so why not Vicki.
