Time for #DarkShadows. Maggie Evans driving me nuts. Barnabas better off Maggie or I'm reaching into the TV and strangling her myself!

Well, I never! How dare someone bespeak ill of my Maggie Evans! But then, maybe the poster is refering to the PT1970 Maggie Evans. To be honest, with her whining, she was also getting on my nerves. So was Quentin. Both of them needed a bit of strangling.

Gerard--I totally agree! I enjoy PT 1970 in spite of Quentin/Maggie...

I actually enjoyed 1970PT because of Maggie and Quentin, Hoffman and Angelique. That story was inspired and fresh. They may whine, but the Rebecca-inspired tension between Maggie and the idea of Angelique was really well done. Too bad it got cut off when they shipped KLS off to HODS.

Actually, though, she wasn't tweeting about 1970PT Maggie. If one checks some of her other recent tweets, it's clear she was tweeting about 1967RT Maggie. [ghost_wink] And specifically near the end of her
kidnapping by Barnabas.
Very understandable. [ghost_cheesy]

Love this storyline also. Just different enough to make it interesting. Grayson really chews the scenery as Hoffman. Nancy Barrett does some great work as a quite different Carolyn. And Alexis Stokes--the real one--is one of my all-time favorite characters

But speaking of 1970PT Maggie:
