(References both DS and TVD.  And I find it hard to feel sympathetic to his lament because I watch TB for the relationships as well as the bigger issues.  [ghost_wink]  But then, as a fan of both DS and TVD, which are all about the relationships, I suppose that comes as no surprise...)

Is this kind of writing typical of television criticism today?  It's infantile and illiterate.

He doesn't discuss The Vampire Diaries; he simply mentions the series.

I saw a snapshot somewhere of Joe Manganiello (if I'm spelling his name properly) and was bowled over by how impossibly sexy he is.  It's still not enough to make me move True Blood into my Netflix queue, though.

Thankfully, it's not typical of the majority. But there is quite a bit like it on the Internet.
