Title: STRANGULATION STRATEGY
Post by: VAM on October 30, 2002, 01:00:10 AM: In today's episode Quentin attempts to strangle Magda. There were many different forms of strangulation on DS- some just by human hands, using a tie or scarf, and sometimes even triggered by words from a curse. Do you remember who, where, when, and why with regards to the other times?

I recall one instance in which Angelique used Barnabas' toy soldier and scarf in order to give poor Barnabas' neck a squeeze. :(

In 1795 Barnabas strangles Angelique in the Masoleum room shortly after he became a vampire because he found her there all ready to stake him!

1795-Barnabas strangles Suki Forbes, Nathan's wife after she finds him at the old house. When she wouldn't leave as he warned her to do, he conviently strangled her.
He also strangled Maude Browning during this time frame as well.

In 1840 Gabriel strangles his wife Edith after finding out about her relationship with Gerard.

Angelique magickally strangles (not to death) Evan Handley and Rachel Drummond.

Barnabas strangles (to death) Carl Collins, and I think maybe also Carl's girlfriend Pansy Faye.

It seems that when it comes to strangulation, Barnabas has them all beat hands down!

In 1970PT, John Yaeger strangles Sabrina Stuart to prevent her from revealing he is really Cyrus Longworth.

Angelique strangles Aristede using his handkerchief and the toy soldier (again!). It happens to him early on-- when his dancing lady is still just a dancing girl. ;)
