Ya know, I admire your bravery. I would never have a picture taken with KLS or Lara Parker -- too pretty. Know I'd end up looking like crap next to either one of them so why depress myself?? LOL
(Actually, when I saw KLS at the Fest last year, she looked so young and pretty, I was afraid to approach her.) The woman's got to be at least 6-8 years older than I am. I don't GET IT!!!

Roger was in and out... not available long enough for a photo. However, we did exchange hellos.
As far as laking a photo with Lara or KLS, I think for some reason they make you look better.. BTW, it is not just external beauty with these two ladies but also within...I would never give up the opportunity...

Speaking of KLS, I saw the most interesting thing about her on IMDB.COM. Actually my brother, who is crazy about her, pointed out to me that at one point, IMDB listed her DOB as 12/43 and just recently it showed she was born in 1945. This made me think that she may have used an earlier birthdate for jobs when she came to New York in the early 60's.
I would love to meet Diana Millay. Hope she'll be at the fest in NYC next year. I met Marie Wallace in April in Ohio at a convention. She's perfectly lovely and very friendly and naturally I got her autograph.

I'm disappointed. The pictures didn't come up on my screen. Is there something my computer should have that it doesn't??? I've been able to get all pictures in the past, but little boxes with red x's show up here. Since I'm not a genius with a computer, I don't know what's wrong. You must have had a glorious time!!

I checked using IE and now I see what Misty and Raineypark are saying-- they didn't show up for me either. I can see them fine with Netscape, though, which is odd. Maybe VAM can check with msn to see if they can offer suggestions on why the pics aren't showing up now in IE. Sorry, but I don't know what else to tell you.

All but the one with Lara are showing now. I will have to give it some time latter today and investigate the reason. I am sorry Misty because it is a nice one.

I'm still getting NONE of them.
They were there in the first place....they showed up when VAM first posted them.....I think they actually vanished early yesterday.
However, the photo that Bobubas posted on VAM's thread "Back From Halloween" is still there! ?!?

I am making light of it but I am NOT a happy camper.
Actually, my photos are fine on MSN. I think someone is tampering here. If this is the case, I will not post any other photos in the future. It is unfortunate, that people cannot respect the effort of another.

Bobubas' pics are stored on topcities, and VAM's are on msn. The problem is on msn's end and seems to plague IE.

VAM, you do what makes you comfortable, but your accusation is unfounded. No one on dsboards is tampering with your photos; no one CAN tamper with them from here. All you're doing in your posts is adding YaBB tags to the URL, and all the code does is link the images to where they're stored on the net (in this case, photos.msn.com) so that they'll show up here too. Obviously, nothing is wrong with the YaBB code or the URLs because the images still show up using Netscape.
Talk to msn and find out why their images stopped showing up on IE sometime yesterday (I checked the codes using IE before I sent them to you, and they were showing up fine then), but I assure you that no one can hack your msn webpages from dsboards.

It is not just IE related because as I mentioned to you in a note that a photo is not showing up on Netscape. Sorry I just think something is wrong here. I don't consider it humorous at all...If anyone has not seen them and are interested please let me know.

I never said it was funny, this is the first I've heard that you use Netscape, and the photo of you and Lara under the caption "having fun in Tarrytown with guess who" shows up fine for me, so I don't know why you can't see it and I don't understand why you're not going to your webserver to find out.

The problem isn't with dsboards. I just copied the URL to the first photo and pasted it into my browser's navigation window to see if I could access it directly, and this is the error I received:

Frankly, if this photo is using that exact same URL on MSN and it's displaying fine, the error makes no sense. But what I've noticed is that the URL for that first photo is longer than the ones for all your others, and that seems odd. Could you IM me the URL of your page on MSN so that I can check this out further for you? :)

Don't ask me how or why, but a portion of the URLs for all of your photos has changed since you originally posted them. :-/ For example, the original URL for Lara's photo was:

Apparently, something changed at MSN, and either even they're unaware of it or they weren't being entirely truthful with you. :( But I've made all the necessary changes to your post in this topic so that everything is displaying fine again. (And unless something else weird happens, it should stay that way. ;)) If you copy and paste the new URLs in your other topics, they should work as well...
