I can't for the life of me recall!

Seriously, though - he was only in one ep. However, his scenes are extremely rare in the annals of DS. And here's a hint why: they were the first time a TV set ever appeared in a room!

We are a pitiful lot, aren't we? The only thing I can think of is that he was one of Liz' cannery workers that Burke tried to hire.
