Title: Time discrepancy
Post by: Josette on September 19, 2002, 09:48:30 AM
This time they couldn't even keep track of the time within the one episode!!!

Amy and Joe came back from the movie and she was already watching the moon and it already looked quite dark.  Yet Chris was still trying to get Julia for his pills.  Later he's out in the woods with the full moon showing.  Only after that does he show up at Collinwood and get the pills.  Later, he's back and Joe tries to come in.  He tries to stop him because he knows it's almost time for the change.  Huh?  Shouldn't he have changed long ago?

Yeah, it was one LOOOONG night at Collinwood. Amy was supposed to go to bed when she got back from the movies with Joe. He then goes to see Chris, goes to see Maggie, Maggie gets call, Joe goes back and Amy is still up. Chris finally gets pills, but waits until he gets home to take them, no wonder they didn't help!

I have to wonder WHY Chris is always running around at dusk seeming to have no track of time or that it will be dark. Helloooo, if you want to be able to see anyone or do anything, do it before 5 p.m. in the winter months! If ever anyone needed daylight savings time, it is Chris. It must take him forever to wake up after wolfie wears himself out! Note to Chris: buy a watch.

Although I usually watch the episodes closely (the Adam - Nicholas Blair ones excepted), I often find the chronology of events rather confusing -- but figure that I'm probably just not paying close enough attention.  Glad to find out that the problem isn't me!

Sometimes I'm tempted to go back and replay part of an episode to find out what time it's supposed to be, but I usually don't take the time to do so.

P.S.  How many nights (or weeks?) does the full moon last, anyway?!?
