Rule 27, Secton 8, 34th bullet, points 1), 2) and 3) in the Parallel Timer's Handbook state only one Hoffman can be a doctor within both universes.   I know, checked.

...I realized that what really thrilled me was not the thought of being a doctor, but sabotaging my fellow pre-meds’ lab work.
