Title: John Karlen on Hawaii Five-0 Season Eight DVD

I am watching the episode "Anatomy of a Bribe" on my Hawaii Five-0 Season Eight DVD that came out last week and to my suprise I see none other then Willie helping Steve McGarrett and Five-0. As a big Five-0 fan I will have to ask John about this experince this summer in Burbank and what it was like to go to Hawaii and work with Jack Lord. Lord was very demanding about the work ethic of his guest stars from what i have read.

Mr. Karlen popped up in a Lou Grant episode I saw recently.

He was in a lot of prime time shows in the seventies: Quincy, Kojak, Nancy Drew, All in the Family, Mannix, The Waltons, Marcus Welby, Rockford Files, etc, etc.
