I will share credit of the idea for this post with Bob the Bartender. Pretend Flora Collins was having a gathering at Rose Cottage and she asked you to help her with the arrangements. Who would be on that invitation list and what sort of "sophisticated" entertainment would be provided in the parlor?

I'm not touching this with a 10-foot pole.

also, what is TLATKLS? ?!?

I just hear a commercial for this little sewing device. It uses the line: 'Repair your hem without removing your pants' - now where is the fun in that???

Well, ok, if you insist.

I sort of remember Flora Collins, and Rose Cottage, but not very familiar with that storyline. Was that 1840? ?!?

I think the topic of trousers is in reference to a photo of Nathan Forbes and "TLATKLS" stands for the lovely and talented Kathryn Leigh Scott, which is the acronym compliments of Ringo and Company...
So, I am surprised at the very conservative nature of the posters in regard to this post considering past replys on others...quite humorous or should I say I am sorry if I offended anyone?

Thank You Vam for clearing this up... now I see a light at the end of this Dark Shadows tunnel... also be assured I am not among those who would be offended. 8)
I believe Ringo's acronym is correct. :D

Yes, it was the 1840 storyline to answer your question Craig_Slocum.

No no...I'm certainly not offended either. It's just that who I'D invite to Rose Cottage, and the sort of sophisticated entertainment I'd be interested in, is NOT fit to print on this board. LOL
(Or any board for that matter). ::)

From what I remember of it, everyone was so uptight in that storyline. I think the best entertainment for them would be some sophisticated music to mellow them out a little. Invite everyone but Morgan. He really gets on my nerves!

Morgan was a character from the 1840/41PT storyline On this post, we are just dealing with 1840 storyline.
