Which famous fashion designer would you pick to design for the characters on DS (to improve on  
Orbachs)?
Here are my picks:

Carolyn and Maggie--mod stuff by Mary Quant
Vicky--Oleg Cassini (simple A-line sheaths like he designed for Jackie Kennedy)
Julia--Coco Chanel
Elizabeth--Oscar de la Renta

Julia seems to lack the height to properly pull off Elsa Schiaparelli...

How tall do you have to be? She was 5'7".For that timeframe i think that's plenty tall . .not today mind you.. ?!?

lol - i don't know really.  I like most of the wardrobes except for Vicky's.  They put her in ugly clothes! ::)
