Great news, and richly deserved!

I'd never heard of his appearance on Look up and live, a show of which I have very vague memories.  Interesting!

And that's a lovely photo of him, Nancy.  Congratulations!

Very well deserved! What a wonderful and lengthy resume! Side question: The article said in 1962 he changed his name to  Jonathan Frid? What was it before? I always thought it was his real name...

His birth name is John Herbert Frid.  He thought "John Frid" sounded too "abrupt."

What a wonderful honor!

A question from Mr. Frid's credits:

"Prime Time: The Picture of Dorian Gray"

Really? He wasn't in the 1973 TV version produced by Dan Curtis. Could he have been in an earlier version? I would be excited if that were so since this is one of my favorite stories. I could see Mr. Frid as Lord Wotton. In fact, I would love to see him in that role!
