Article mentions Collinwood as the place to be.

Funny how on that page, there's a hyperlink to another article on the site with the headline: "Did CBS miss the vampire bandwagon?" (It's about the cancellation of Moonlight--the show that seemingly just won't go away!).

Good catch Gothick! The WB certainly missed the boat. Dam fools. It is a shame about Moonlight. It has a cult following that may never die.
-
btw, I'd much rather live in the Addams Family mansion than at 1313 Mockingbird lane; not only did the Addamses have better taste in decor, their home seemed to be in excellent shape, unlike the Munster homestead which seemed literally to be a dust-bunny haven and a fleabitten firetrap (it's amazing that some of Grandpa's experiments didn't send the whole place up in flames!).

The author thinks a room in the west wing hurtles you into PT, but no, that's the one with the hot ghost. [ghost_tongue2]

I'd do a quick sprint through Collinwood, with a cross and anti-werewolf and anti-witch amulets and a hypnotism medallion (to make people forget I was ever there, so my visit doesn't somehow come back to haunt me later) all hanging from my neck, but I'd live in the (TV) Addams Family house. Sometimes I almost think I did once. I am Gomez.

Guess he got the hot ghost mixed up with the hot witch with the heating problem. [ghost_tongue2]

Hi Anne. I would also love to live at Collinwood but I don't think I would get too much sleep at night. lol

I definitely would not want to live in Collinwood. Not a single bathroom in the whole place. No wonder everyone there was always so cranky.

Hey Gerard,
I love the idea of the bathrooms at Collinwood (just because we never saw them doesn't mean that they weren't there--and you know that Liz had a TV in her bedroom, always just out of sight--she would retire to her room "to rest" at a certain hour of the afternoon and watch "As the World Turns" and "Guiding Light" while enjoying a few treats from a box of chocolates)--being equipped with plumbing for the bathtubs through which sea water ran, like the bathrooms at the Astor place, "The Breakers," in Newport.

For me, Collinwood and 1313 Mockingbird Lane tie for first. I'd hate to have to choose! They both need a good cleaning though. lol.
Hey! Shouldn't it be Collinswood?
-
They made us wait all the way to 1991 before we were able to see a bathroom at Collinwood. They seemed a bit less cranky in 1991 than in the original show.
-
I'd rather live at the Collinsport Inn. At least they have televisions in the rooms.

Do they?
-
Sure they do. Don't you remember Burke's room had a TV set in it? We never saw a TV set at Collinwood. Although Carolyn knew all the latest dance steps...She must have seen American Bandstand somewhere. Sheesh!
-
Never saw one in Burke's room. You might be thinking of his P.I.'s room, but that was in Bangor.
-
gothick...
i'm imagining television sets in all the rooms at collinwood.
somehow i think liz would have been a fan of "the secret storm".the characters seemed so familiar to her.down the hall i can see carolyn and vicki frugging to "where the action is".i believe that "the french chef" premiered in 1966 and poor mrs.johnson was always trying to master boeuf bourguignon and coq au vin but all she could ever come up with was that lousy new england boiled dinner.
