Joan Bennett's BEST film, Scarlet Street (1945), in which she's sexy, heartless & SENSATIONAL just began a four day run at the Stanford Theatre in Palo Alto CA.
The Stanford is a single screen art deco movie palace from 1925 that show's Hollywood classics~~the theatre has quite a following!
If you live in San Francisco or San Jose, take Cal Train to the Palo Alto station, or the 101 to the University Ave exit. Either way, you're 3 blocks from the theatre.
Later in March, the Stanford shows Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and The Black Cat (1934).
