Today's lovely montage has the quote, "Oh David, this is so exciting!". Is that an actual line??? It seems incongruous....
[spoiler]maybe David should've said, "We really need to speak to Mrs. Johnson about her slovenly cleaning habits[/spoiler] [santa_azn]

Not only is that an actual line, but the capture depicts the actual moment when the line is being delivered:
