Well, I can tell you the real life nicknames of the actors as I recall having read them in various books and articles.

Jonathan Frid is known as Jon.  John Karlen is Johnny.  Kathryn Leigh Scott is Katie.  Alexandra Moltke is Alex.  Louis Edmonds was known to some as Lou or Louie.  Dan Curtis is (predictably) DC or Dan.

I can't think of any others at the moment.  Grayson Hall did not really have a nickname, but some of her fans used to call her "The Big GH."

At the Dark Shadows Festival banquet in NYC 1999, the festival chairman read a list of nicknames for the actors and actresses. I only remember the one for Dennis Patrick, it was handsome devil. Was anyone else from the board at that banquet and remember any of the other nicknames?  ?!?

I refer to Thayer David, my favorite actor, as "the Master" because I consider him a master of his craft (acting) just as Rembrandt was a master of art.  I know of people on this board who call him "King Thayer."

People here also say "TLATKLS" (the lovely and talented Kathryn Leigh Scott.)

Though he is many times a drinker [beer], sometimes a stinker [pimp] he was never a klinker [twch2]...

David Selby IS and will forever BE Quentin Collins...

...and he could also be known as...Hot Toddie  :-* , The Q Man [king] , and The Ghost with the Most [ghost].

Well, by yours truly anyway!  [silly]

(I guess Wolfboy would work too! grrrr[wow]!)

Love it, Castlebee!  Of course, I think "Hottie" covers it pretty well, too.   ;D

And I might call Nicholas the "The Dapper Devil".   8)
