for clearing up the drop up/down think (to go from say Testing 1-2-3 to CE/A 06).

It had been somewhat difficult to find what you were looking for, but to my happy suprise, it's all cleared up!!!

Actually, the system itself fixed that after I (prematurely :-[) created the two latest archive boards. It was almost worth having created them (prematurely) because you're right that it was aggravating after the order got all mixed up when we switched hosts back in January. If I'd known simply creating a new board would fix it, I would have created an archive board much sooner and simply made it invisible until it was needed.  ;)
