I post this only because the issue of the content on You Tube being guilty of copyright infringement has cropped up on the forum in the past. Check out: YouTube suit called threat to online communication (http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/Y/YOUTUBE_LAWSUIT?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT)
It should be fascinating to see how this latest Viacom suit will play out in the courts considering that You Tube has lost similar suits in the past...
