Title: OT: Passions Reruns to USA Network?

Word has it that when Passions ends it's Direct TV run, the show will be rerun from the 1999 beginning on USA Network.
With a late night time slot & no new eps to compete with, this could work.

This is partially on topic.
The first 3 years of Passions were a jewel, featuring 75% horror themed storylines.
A lot of it was dark, scary, very tongue in cheek,
a Dark Bewitched, so to speak.

Though the show's latter days weren't that good, these early eps are wonderful & well worth seeing.

Honestly, David, I'd prefer that the Sci-Fi Channel started showing DS again......

Where did this info come from? That would be interesting and I honestly wouldn't mind seeing the first year or two of the show again...but it's gone downhill for years! My friend DJ has tape it for her mom and she hates it! lol. You have to admitt that Passions doesn't even come close to what DS was.

at that thread there's a link to a Soap Info board with this information.

The last 2 years of Passions featured rape, gay incest &  a transgender serial killer.
Those episodes are horrible!

But the show's first three years, featuring the witch Tabitha & Timmy the Living Doll were WONDERFUL!
Any DS fan would enjoy thoe episodes, and that's what USA will reportedly air.

Schweet! Now I did enjoy those episodes with Tabitha, Timmy...when their purpose was to destroy Charity Standish. These episodes with the gay incest and rape...are truly HORRIBLE! Don't eat the guacamole!

Thanks for that info! Now if only I had tivo and a way to save the good eps. When I was a teen watching the show, I always thought I was a bit like Thersea with her whole views on fate.
