Millicent became giddy like a schoolgirl after Nathan told her his tailor (a cheap one) had been elevated to the role of Lord High Executioner in the Town ofTitipu and had a colleague there named Pooh-Bah.

(Apologies - sometimes the Gilbert and Sullivan fan in me simply demands to be let out.)
