Wild Eye Releasing's disc should hit the street on Oct 1st - http://www.wildeyereleasing.com/

It's worth noting that Crawlspace features another DS actor: Tom Happer, who played Jeremy Grimes in 1840/41. There's also a photo of him from the film on the page that retzev linked to in his second post.

Wild Eye Releasing just sent me both of these discs.
Look for my reviews in upcoming issues of Scary Monsters & Videoscope.
Neither disc has extras & both films are a little faded.
On the Devil's Daughter box cover, Frid is co-billed wth Shelley Winters as the star~~I guess his name is now more of a draw than Joseph Cotten or Robert Foxworth!
On Crawlspace, Tom Happer (Jeremy Grimes, 1840) is billed: "introducing Tom Happer as Richard".
Though the TV film, made a year after DS ended, is not Happer's small screen debut.
Happer looks quite sexy here. In his first scene he has a ponytail. Later, he sports a scruffy beard.
Woof!
Wild Eye plans on releasing many '70s made for TV horrors.
Wouldn't it be nice if they gave us Killer Bees (Kate Jackson/Roger Davis) & Dan Curtis' Curse of the Black Widow?

No kidding! That was the first Killer Bees flick I had ever seen and I was convinced we were all doomed!

Thanks for the links! And the reviews! I'm definitely going to pick these two up.

I really want The Cat Creature. I got a bootleg of it on eBay and it looks godawful on that. The divine Gale Sondergaard was such a diva in that film...

I really want The Cat Creature.
I'll tell you what I want, 'The Shuttered Room', 'The Screaming Woman' and 'The Scarecrow of Romny Marsh'. Haven't seen any of them, but my older brother swears they are scary as s*#@!! [yikes]

I snagged a copy of "The Screaming Woman" on VHS a few years back on eBay. I was 9 when I saw it on TV in my grandmother's scary little remote town in Tennessee and I was SO scared running back to my grandmother's house from 2 houses away, I mean like traumatized. I hope you're able to see it someday.

I vaguely remember an article that appeared in the TV-Movie section of the Sunday paper called something like "Why Is Everyone Screaming?" It had a still not only from "The Screaming Woman," but also from "Night Gallery," the episode in particular about the earwig. Apparently, both the movie and the episode aired at around the same time. I don't recall much from the article anymore, other than the stills from both programs and the author's commentary on horror as it was being portrayed on television.

The Cat Creature??? Wasn't that the one with Meredith Baxter as some type of Egyptian high priestess? It reminded me of the Laura storyline on DS. Still awaiting for legit DVD releases for Bad Ronald and Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark ("Sally...we want you...")
-
"Bad Ronald," and"Don't Be Afraid of the Dark!" Two more of my most favorite creepy movies! Once in a blue, blue, blue moon, you can still find them on TV.

Wow, all these mentions of long-gone movies of the week! Bad Ronald is a true all time favorite of mine. DBAOTD was also incredibly creepy. I have them both. You've just given me some ideas for Halloween and some nieces of mine that need to be scared. >:D
-
Scary movies that I would love to see on tv....
'House of Seven Corpses' and the wonderfullygawdawful 'Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things'.
HAPPY
HALLOWEEN!!
