Post by: The Ghost of Sarah Collins on May 10, 2002, 11:40:45 PM

Hello Everyone...
Today was the begining of Angelique's famous "Dream Curse" :o I could not help but wonder what would I have found behind one of those doors if I had the Dream,Angelique no doubt!! LOL...

What do you suppose you would find waiting for you, if you had this dream? any speculations?

Perhaps the most horrifying, frightening, detestable thing I can think of being behind that door . . .

I left and divorced a man several years ago, he was the scariest thing in my life, so it would have to be him.

I am with Midnite snakes.  I can't even watch them on TV.  During the Indiania Jones movies I leave the room during the snake parts.  Needless to say I never go in the reptile house at the zoo.

Hee hee, these are fun!  It wouldn't be a dream curse if Sister Helene didn't show up in mine, probably giving her "Girls who cross their legs are easy" speech. ;) Others here I'm sure would find their own Sister _______ behind one of the doors.  Stand back in case she's swinging a yardstick, whew!

Even more frightening would be Amanda Harris squealing "Queeeeeeeeentiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnn"!   Brrr!!!

Speaking of Donna McKechnie, did anyone watch NBC's 75th Anniversary?  They showed a clip from Hullabaloo, and I've read here that she danced on it pre-DS and sure enough, there she was.

Oh my goodness Midnite!! That is a scary thought! How I do remember those days in Catholic school. Those nuns were something else, scare the pants off you! I can just see Sister Augusta  now with that black habit on just waiting to whack someone with her yardstick!

Your right midnite. Donna McKechine was on Hulabaloo and can be seen on the home video tapes or laser discs of the show which were released by none other than...

MPI

I will have to pull out my discs and identify actual volumes on which she appeares, (but after tomorrow. We are having Mothers Day tomorrow and I have a million things to do to be ready).

My dream curse would be that Barnabas turns into Jeff Clark and starts acting as badly as Roger Davis.  Oh, wait a minute.....

A dentist.  Opening that door and there's that torture chair.

I remember when I watched the dream-curse scenes when they first aired back in '68.  They scared the daylights out of me!  I would keep my hands over my face and peak through my fingers.

Thanks, B!  The clip seen on the NBC special showed her shakin' her groove thing with Michael Landon.

Wishing your household a wonderful Mother's Day.  I just love that you named your little one "Olivia Corey", btw.

They already covered one of my worst fears in Mrs. Johnson's dream--the giant spider.  I have always hated them, especially since I once saw a fat mama spider giving birth on my bedroom wall and screamed for my brother, who immediately killed them all with half a can of bug spray.

I also hate wasps, hornets, bees, flies that buzz, snakes (although I can watch them on TV or behind glass at a zoo) and conceited men.

Love, Robin
