Here are a few:
1. Robert Rodan in The Minx (1969) full frontal
2. John Karlen in Daughters of Darkness (1971) full frontal
3. Thayer David(!!!!!!) in Savages (1972) backside

Grayson did take her top off in 1970s End of the Road, but was seen from behind only.
But the way Mrs. Hall licked Stacy Keach's face & throat
in that film was worthy of an adult video!
