Title: DS 1968 Avatars - Part 3

I've created 58 avatars depicting DS characters/icons from the 1968 storyline (56 regular, 2 animated). They're all available in the regular avatar directory and you can choose them from your profile. However, just so there won't be any problems if more than one member wants to use the same avatar, please make a post here first stating your choice and that way everyone will know who chose what first. [wink2]

More avatars will be added as the storyline progresses and more characters are introduced (or reintroduced).

First, I wanted to say that I love that Cassandra down at the end with the lighter.  It's great how one can even see her mouth moving - it's a shame the sound doesn't go with it so we can hear what she's saying!

Second, I'm curious about this listing of one's choices.  Can't more than one person use the same thing?

Technically there's no Internet rule preventing more than one person from using the same avatar. But on forums and boards where avatars are available, it's a generally accepted practice not to use an avatar that's already taken out of respect for the other person's choice. :)
Avatars express a member's individuality, and people will often make their own just to ensure their uniqueness.

Thanks for speaking up for us, Carol......can't have enough photos of Willie on the board, can we?? [lghy]

Unfortunately, I was frightened by an avatar once, when I was a small child, so I won't be choosing one....though I'll love seeing Willie on anyone else's posts  ;)

I haven't seen that anyone else has chosen this one so I'll choose it (DS68_skully).
