That line was said in the movie "Blazing Saddles", Good Movie...when the sheriff comes to the town of Rock Ridge, he reaches into his pants says that lilne, everyone thinks he is going to take out something embarrasing but its only a paper that says he is the new Sheriff. [angel12]
