Title: BODY PARTS
Post by: VAM on May 03, 2002, 06:49:35 AM
Body parts (especially  arms ,hands, and heads) are signifigant in some of the DS storylines. Do you remember how the loose limbs or parts fit into the sheme of things during those times?

In 1795, Naomi pulled off Josette's arm in a dream.

Also, Barnabas's hand menaced Trask and later beckoned him to the Old House.

Angelique's bodyless head taunted Ben when he tried to stake Barnabas.

Does Jeremiah's hand, clawing up from the grave, count?

Count Petofi's hand caused a great deal of trouble, particularly for Evan and Quentin.

Of course, there was the head of Judah Zachary.

In an upcoming scene, Jeff Clark carries a severed arm into Dr. Lang's office.

I remember how that head of Laura Collins seemed to be floating all over the place,[ghost] especially in David's room!

When Josette & Barnabas were engaged, they received an early wedding present. It was a pretty box with a skull inside![skull]

There was a couple of ghosts who appeared to Nickolas Blair when he was trying to find out Adam's secret. One was missing an arm, another their head.[rollr]

Magda tried to fool King Johnny[king] by giving him an imitation of Count Petofi's real hand. [hdscrt]

During the dream curse scene, Dr. Lang had a dream that a "headless" body was laughing at him![lghy]

And once it was referred to as the "bodiless head."
