I never caught a DS episode that featured Conard Fowkes, but he played a real stinker on "Search For Tomorrow" in the late 70's. He murdered one of the main, long-time characters on that show, but got his comeuppance soon after.  He seems a lot nicer as Frank Gardner, friend and lawyer, from the photos posted.
