Thanks - but I think I have plans, so I'll have to miss it. And if I don't have plans, I'll definitely be sure to make them now. [santa_grin]

Roger's role in the film must not be very prominent, he's not even referenced on a fan site... http://www.williamsmith.org/surf.html
On the other hand, Susan Hart was a babe. [8_2_74] Overall, I'm more of an AIP fan, Karloff, Vincent Price, Peter Lorre, and a certain urban witch housewife had nice drop in cameos in that series. I kind of want to see this just for comparison.

Rog may be an ass, but he was still a hot looking dude in his day.
I'm looking forward to seeing the water drip sensually down his scantily clad body!

Thanks, David! It was cheesy but kinda fun.

It's actually part of the official site of actor William Smith, who is friends with Peter Brown (are you old enough to remember Laredo?). Both are very pleasant to their fans at autograph shows. (Smith, btw, confirmed that he was the boy who kicked the girl's ball onto the roof in The Ghost of Frankenstein.)
Anyway, that page has a link to a credits page for Ride the Wild Surf that includes a capture of Roger from the movie's end credits. His character was so obnoxious.

Apparently then, it's probably safe to say that RD was typecast throughout most of the '60s. [santa_wink]

[lol2] Now you've got me thinking about him on DS, TZ, his first Bonanza...

i totally agree David but have to add he would have been better in the days of silent movies ;D

I remember that one Twilight Zone episode he's in. His character reminded me of a cross between Peter Bradford and Nathan Forbes.
