Another great article David. :) I am in the middle of RJ's book. I've found it to be very informative and entertaining. :)

Great article, David!
I just finished the book the other day...
I laughed, I cried...it's fantastic! Definite must-read for any Grayson-luver out there, or anyone who appreciates a well written biography, period.
If anyone hasn't snatched up a copy yet (or are thinking of the perfect gift for the person who has everything)...It would make a great stocking stuffer for the holidaze, doncha think? ^-^ :-*

Hello everyone. . met Heather my wannabe agent? ;D

I enjoyed the article very much. Another great way to make Grayson visible again to the public.

IMDB.com lists a silent film from 1914 called.....
The Mystery of Grayson Hall!

Great review! I love the photo chosen for the article on the web version. Was the same one used for the print paper?
Let sales ring out merrily over autumn skies!

Steve, they only used the book cover image in the print edition.
Don't know why, I'm just a lowly writer, I don't make editorial decisions.
We should all thank the Reporter!
Though I do other stories, of course, they let me cover DS to my heart's content!
Whenever I propose a new DS story, Roberto, my editor, always says, "sure, go for it! Have a ball!"
I had a story on Lara's book last week and a review of Marie Wallace's book last Fall.
My very first piece for them, 3 1/2 years ago, was on dear Craig Hamrick's book Big Lou.
I raise my glass and tip my hat to Bay Area Reporter!

Unless I am hallucinating without benefit of illegal substances, the book cover image appears halfway down the web version, but it's a thumbnail. ;D
-
Criseyde:
you are correct.
the print edition has a much larger image of the book cover, but no pic of Grayson.

Can I simply say.... I LOVE THIS BOOK! I plan to continue reading it on public transportation, just to see if the cover art and/or Grayson's name attracts the attention of an unaware Grayson/DS lover during their commute. Thanks for the article, David, and RJ, where can I find the words?!! SupercalifragilisticexpiMagdadocious!
-
Who knows, Sandor, maybe reading RJ's book on the 24
bus will get you some dates!
David

It's not miserable MUNI anymore! ;D
-
It's WORSE!!!! :(
-
the size and heft of this book made it the perfect "read" for the n.y.c. subway.
i too kept hoping that the cover art might attract the attention of another fan of grayson/d.s. but alas.
it was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative read.i knew next to nothing about ms.hall's work outside of d.s. so this provided a vivid canvas.
well done.

sale darlink sale! work it workit!
Anything to help your plan for world domination, dear. ;D
I won't be satisfied until Grayson is revered on every continent....and in the future , every starship database and habitable planet in the galaxy. I'll train my future theoretical offspring (or nieces and nephews) to carry on the legacy if need be... ;) >:D :-*

On the sidewalk outside the old studio. They'll be setting up a tv and dvd player on an A/V cart so we can watch the same clips over and over. Get there early for a good spot. >:D

All in good time, my dear Judy, all in good time. [hall2_grin]

Superior: Etymology--Middle English, from Middle French, from Latin, comparative of superus upper
1 : situated higher up : UPPER
2 : of higher rank [queen]
