DS/Gilmore Girls Heads Up
« on: April 04, 2005, 04:46:13 AM »

Just to alert y'all, the Gilmore Girl's episode that features references to Dark Shadows, plus audio from the show in the background as it's being discussed, is going to air again this coming Tuesday.  7pm central time, check your local listings for time and channel in your neck of the woods!  I predict a run on Toblerones at various fine grocers! ::)

As Gilmore Girls is also being syndicated rerun-wise on the ABC Family Channel in the mornings and afternoons, I will try my best to pinpoint the Paul Michael ep and give yet another head's up!
Fair warning, it's a non-speaking, blink and you'll miss him role.  Best tape that ep to be sure you'll even see him.  Yup, that fast an appearance.

Always, Minja

Thanks for posting this info.  I watched the episode and it was good.  The DS references were quite cool.
Now if only I could catch that episode of King of Queens where they talk about DS.  I haven't seen that one yet.

The King of Queens episode is called Cowardly Lyin', and it's hilarious.  One of the supporting characters wants to go to a DSF, and lies to his girlfriend about it with Doug's encourgament.

...and shows up at some point in the episode dressed as Barnabas Collins.

My hubby had a field day with that one... ::)

The really funny thing is that the writer of that episode definitely knew about the Fests, because the character in question comments on the alternating coast format of the Fests.  I'd love to get some background information on that episode.
