Believe it or not, a couple years ago when I was visiting someone in a hospital I noticed that a few of the nurses were actually wearing caps like that. Some were also wearing ones that remind me of cupcake pan liners.  [ghost_cheesy]  And I think one of the nurses on DS wears one of those at some point, too.

Really, MB?  I came across mine recently cuz the closet was painted, but it must've sat there since the late 80s.

Cupcake liners, lol.  I know the ones you mean, but have never heard them called that before.  [ghost_cheesy]

I remember nurses wearing caps when I was very young.  I worked as a nurse's aid right out of high school and some of the nursing staff was still wearing them.  But then, back in those days, the nurses wore white uniforms too and wouldn't dream of wearing slacks on the job as they do today. I wonder if nursing is trending back to wearing caps these days. [ghost_cool]
