I felt so bad for poor Willie. No matter how hard he tries to do the right thing, he always get the worst of it. Maybe they should have just used that chain that they used on Adam.

OOOHHHH, I'd have paid coin of the realm to see that.  But then, I would have happily left the basement wall intact, with Barnabas walled up in it.

Re-watching this show now, I have to wonder if it would ever be writtin this way if produced today.  Willie Loomis is so obviously a victim of long-term physical and psychological abuse might it not be considered TOO politically incorrect for it to go on and on the way it does?

They'd never do it today if the victim was a woman, of that I am certain.....but a man?
