I would say Gerard was the evilest ghost.

He was responsible for so many bad things - the death of Liz, David, Hallie (though some would say that isn't a bad thing), Daphne and caused Carolyn and Quentin to lose their minds. He destroyed Collinwood. He was pure evil, at least Quentin had some reasoning for his haunting.

I am very excited to see this story line.  I have not seen it since the original run.  Actually, I remember in 1968 this is about when I started watching DS.  I have to say today's episode with Amy and the phone still is creepy, and I am saying that as an adult.

Do agree Gerard was evil and that sneer was something else.

Birdie

small note I saw a suit in the new Chadwicks catalogue that looks like a updated green tweed that Julia wears.  A longer skirt but that horrid tweed.  Every time I looked at it my head keep saying "Julia suit, Julia suit."

Quentin's ghost was indeed creepy. For those seeing this segment for the first time; he (Quentin) was not a nice person!!! But he had a mission and his character, as in any good story, develops over time. Gerard's character was pure unadulterated evil. His had to be the scariest face I'd seen during the series---excluding werewolves, etc.
