Title: New Leather Store
Post by: dvlvan26 on December 11, 2006, 06:21:26 PM
Carolyn has married Buzz Hackett. They have opened up a leather store in the local Collinsport Mall.
Which characters would shop there?

Daddy Barnabas might want to buy a leather harness before he beats his boy, Willie........

They could have  a menage!
Julia could tie Barnabas up.
While she whips him, Willie, wearing his dog collar, could kneel down & worship
Barnabas' feet.
Then...........

Brandon,

The only smiley problem that I'm aware of followed installing IE7--
Whenever I click on one of the smiley faces above, it not only doesn't appear in my post, but I get the message ERROR ON PAGE and it kicks me back to the post I'm replying too.  What's up w/that?

Crap! You know what Midnite? Last night I was prompted by Windows to update my program and it updated my IE to IE7, and now my smileys don't work. So I bet that's probably it. I just tried them again and it did work. Crapola! I love the Halloween ones too! I guess I could always type in the code and hope that it works.

Thanks for the help. [winking_santa]  <~~~typed that in, if it works.

I keep getting the prompts to update to IE7, and, learning from the experience of others, I just say NO!

Victoria Winters looks long and hard at a snazzy sleeveless leather dress, but eventually decides that Jeff would prefer her in snazzy sleeveless fur dress.

Brings to mind some of the lyrics of one of my favorite Depeche Mode songs Master and Servant, which I've never actually associated with DS (though I do many of their songs), but now that you mention it...

There's a new game
We like to play you see
A game with added reality
You treat me like a dog
Get me down on my knees

We call it master and servant
We call it master and servant

...

Domination's the name of the game
In bed or in life
They're both just the same
Except in one you're fulfilled
At the end of the day

Let's play master and servant
Let's play master and servant

Oh no Brandon!  Hey man, I feel for you, the same thing happened to me.  BUT!  There IS good news buddy!  Just use Mozilla Firefox as your Internet Navigator and all will be as it was before.  I haven't viewed the Forums on IE7 in over a week but rather on Mozilla and it's great!  And the smiley's work w/out having to type in the code.

P.S. DEATH to Bill Gates and IE!   [Blow_Up_IE]

I'm going to adopt the "Just say no" ideal next time I'm prompted to update my IE. The funny thing is that it doesn't work at home, where I have AOL, but at the campus, where I use IE, it works. Maybe they just didn't upgrade. Oh well.

[santa_wink]  Maybe I'll just pick up the codes eventually.

Maybe I'll just pick up the codes eventually.

The first version of the forum's system (YaBB SP) listed all the smiley codes in the Help section (but then, we only had something like 60 smileys back then). Subsequent systems (YaBB SE & SMF 1.0) haven't. But when we upgrade to SMF 1.1 (which, for anyone interested, is getting closer by the day   [santa_wink]), perhaps I should add all our smiley codes to its Help section for the people who might prefer to look there rather than use the pop-up window.  [santa_smiley]
