so you have those at work too! heehee!
Oh yes Stepfords and so, so much more! I'm seriously thinking of working some of my most 'charming' work related experiences over the years into some kind of collection of short horror/black comedy stories. Or perhaps I'll simply concentrate on some of the personalities (or lack thereof) of some of my more bizzare supervisors.  Either way, I've got plenty of material!  ;D

LOL!!! Castlebee, it sounds like you could write your own book!! :D

I also hope to get to the Fest this year, as this would be my first one so Im really looking forward to it.  As for being worried, I live so close to N.Y. City anyway and it would foolish of me to not to try to make it this year, even though it's being held in Brooklyn.   I truly believe in "Destiny" so when it's my time to go, it'll be my time no matter where I am.

Completely agree! I've always said if it's my time nothing can keep me - if it isn't nothing can take me.  And - not trying to sound morbid but - if the nuke happy idiots can't be stopped I hope I'm standing right in the middle of the first hit.

That has ALWAYS been my philosophy, Castlebee....but I've rarely encountered others who would admit the same thing.  Why on earth would anyonehope to 'survive' Armageddon?   ???

I agree CaslteBee,  I've have always felt this way too.  You just can't worry over things that we have no control over.  It's terrible what's going in the world today and you never know from one day to the next what's gonna happen.  The only thing we can do is pray and live each day to the fullest. :)

Wow! 13?   This is great Bob. You're like an "old pro" at these things now.  And yes, you're right about the number 13 being "lucky"  because in Europe the #13 is considered to be a lucky number.  :)
